The HSBC Mini & Youth Rugby Festival is an annual rugby tournament that takes place at the world famous Emirates Dubai 7s Stadium every January.

Over the course of two days, boys and girls from the age of five to eighteen, from various clubs across the Gulf region, come to Dubai to compete in the regions most prestigious Mini & Youth rugby tournament.

EbbittMedia was asked to help deliver the digital and conventional assets of the tournament as well as ensure that each tournament stakeholder’s marketing and visibility and requirements were exceeded.

The tournament website at https://rugby-festival-dubai.com was rebuilt. An all-new, efficient, digital player registration and squad management system was constructed which enabled 245 teams and almost 3,500 players to take part over the two days.

We created and published the content, including the photographs, for the websites and social media channels of the tournament’s key stakeholders.
